The curved blades allow carving the horn closest to the skull. The HCC-II features a 3 second cycle time to cut and reopen, a large 5” x 8” opening to shear off the largest size horns and dual controls for operator safety. It is ideal with over-the-head hide pulling operations.Option: Anti-tie-down safety.
